ABSTRACT SUBMISSION OPEN 6 JAN 2025

Submission Guidelines:
• Abstracts must include original, novel, and scientifically meaningful findings.
• Submissions must not have been presented or published at any other meeting before 21st August 2025.
• The submitted manuscript or findings covered by the abstract must not be published prior to submission.


Presentation Formats:
• Indicate your preference for “oral or poster” or “poster only” presentation during submission.
• Final allocations will be made based on thematic alignment and scientific merit.
• All presentations and Q&A sessions will be conducted in English.


Categories for Submission:
• Acute Ischemic Stroke
• Cerebral Aneurysm
• Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation
• Dural Arteriovenous Fistulae
• Other Head and Neck Pathologies
• Other Neurovascular Diseases


Embargo Policy:
• Abstracts and related presentations are embargoed until their scheduled presentation date.
• Sharing embargoed content is prohibited except for one-on-one media interviews, provided the reporter agrees to the embargo policy.


Submission Process:
• All abstracts must be submitted through the official AAFITN 2025 Bangkok submission portal.
• Abstracts are limited to 1,950 characters (approximately 380 words), including text and any graphics (graphics deduct 250 characters).
• Ensure submissions adhere to the provided formatting guidelines to avoid disqualification.


Author Responsibilities:
• The presenting author must be listed as the submitting author.
• Authors will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance via email by mid-March 2025.
• Presenters are responsible for all expenses associated with attending the conference (e.g., registration, travel, lodging).
