The Organizing Committee of AAFITN 2025 Bangkok is pleased to invite abstract submissions for the 16th Asian-Australasian Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (AAFITN) meeting, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 21st to 23rd August 2025. This event will provide an exceptional platform for researchers, clinicians, and professionals in neuro intervention to present cutting-edge research and collaborate with leading experts in the field.

Submission Guidelines:
• Abstract submitters are required to complete their registration prior to submitting an abstract.
• Abstracts must include original, novel, and scientifically meaningful findings.
• Submissions must not have been presented or published at any other meeting before 21 August 2025.
• The submitted manuscript or findings covered by the abstract must not be published prior to submission.
Acceptance & presentation opportunities
• All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee. Acceptance, together with technical details for presentation (oral or poster presentation), will be notified to the submitting author.
• Final allocations will be made based on thematic alignment and scientific merit.
• All presentations and Q&A sessions will be conducted in English.
🎖️ Award 🎖️
🏆 Abstracts will be selected by the scientific committee for either oral or e-poster presentations. Each oral presentation will receive a prize reward of 300 USD.
E-poster presentations are required to be presented during coffee breaks. Each e-poster presentation will be judged by the scientific committee and awarded presentations will receive a prize of 200 USD.
Submission Process:
• All abstracts must be submitted through the official AAFITN 2025 Bangkok submission portal.
• Abstracts are limited to 350 words.
• Ensure submissions adhere to the provided formatting guidelines to avoid disqualification.
Author Responsibilities:
• The presenting author must be listed as the submitting author.
• Authors will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance via email within 16 May 2025.
• Primary Author must register before submission and responsible for all expenses associated with attending the conference (e.g., registration, travel, lodging).
Embargo Policy:
• Abstracts and related presentations are embargoed until their scheduled presentation date.
• Sharing embargoed content is prohibited except for one-on-one media interviews, provided the reporter agrees to the embargo policy.
