Participant’s registration fees include:
– Admission to all scientific sessions and opening ceremony
– Access to poster presentation area
– Access to exhibition area
– Congress name badge and lanyard
– 2 Coffee & networking breaks
– Luncheon break
– Admittance welcome dinner

On-site registration
On-site registration is open from Thursday 21 August to Saturday 23 August 2025 from 07.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. On-site registration is at the on-site rate. Payment for on-site registration has to be made by credit card or in cash (currencies accepted are USD, and Thai BAHT only).
 
Letter of invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation from the congress organizers can download the letter from their congress profile once full registration payment has been received by AAFITN 2025 registration department. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the congress organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the congress are the sole responsibility of the individual participant.
  
Badges
The congress name badge must be worn at all times during the congress. Access to the congress exhibition and sessions will not be granted without a proper name badge.   
 
 
Cancellation and Refund

Registration cancellations notified with a written notice received by the AAFITN 2025 registration department on or before 20 June 2025 will be subjected to a 50% administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made after this date. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
 
 If the meeting is postponed or cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (including but not limited to an outbreak of disease, the venue becoming unavailable, or causes beyond the reasonable control of the organizer), the organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, losses, increased costs, or other unfavorable conditions arising as a result of such circumstances. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.
