Note:
1. All references to a date or a deadline, mentioned in this and other congress documents, refer to the Thailand time (UTC+7).
2. * Trainees*, Nurses*, Technicians* are required to submit their ID card or certification.
3. The registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.  
4. The name provided during registration will appear on the receipt, badge, and certificate. Please review the information carefully before submitting your registration to ensure accuracy. All requests to edit the registration name must be submitted via email.
5.Cancellation and Refund Registration cancellations notified with a written notice received by the AAFITN 2025 registration department
• Within 24 hours will be eligible for a full refund
• Before 20 June 2025 will be subjected to a 50% administration fee
• After 20 Jun 2025, There will be no refund for cancellations
*All refunds will be made after the Congress.
6. Registration confirmation/ E-receipt: A registration confirmation (official receipt) will be issued after payment clearance which it will be sent by email after the AAFITN 2025 registration department has received the fully completed online registration form, the related payment and any necessary documentation.  Participants may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.

On-site registration
On-site registration is open from Thursday 21 August to Saturday 23 August 2025 from 07.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. On-site registration is at the on-site rate. Payment for on-site registration has to be made by credit card or in cash (currencies accepted are USD, and Thai BAHT only).

Participant’s registration fees include:
• Admission to all scientific sessions and opening ceremony
• Access to poster presentation area
• Access to exhibition area
• Congress name badge and lanyard
• 2 Coffee & networking breaks
• Luncheon break
• Admittance welcome reception and gala dinner.

Badges
The congress name badge must be worn at all times during the congress. Access to the congress exhibition welcome reception and gala dinner. Sessions will not be granted without a proper name badge.

Letter of invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation from the congress organizers can download the letter from their congress profile once full registration payment has been received by AAFITN 2025 registration department. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the congress organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the congress are the sole responsibility of the individual participant.

Modification of the program
The congress organizers reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.  

Cancellation or postponement of the congress
If the meeting is postponed or cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (including but not limited to an outbreak of disease, the venue becoming unavailable, or causes beyond the reasonable control of the organizer), the organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, losses, increased costs, or other unfavorable conditions arising as a result of such circumstances. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.
